Heritage Seminars excel at meticulous planning in the areas of curriculum, resource materials, logistics, staffing, strict kashrut requirements, medical, security and orientation. The safety and welfare of our participants is our first priority.
Medical Services
Heritage retains the services of the physicians of the Jerusalem Medical Center, who assign medical personnel to all Heritage Seminars regardless of the size of the program. Dr. Jonathan Maresky, Senior Physician at the medical center coordinates Heritage medical services.
Security Services:
Heritage employs the services of Israeli Government Services former VIP Personal Security personnel headed by Aryeh Peri. A parallel team of Polish Anti-Terrorist Personnel worth in concert with Israeli Security. These security personnel accompany Heritage students throughout the week at all sites and in all hotels. The American and Israeli Embassies in Warsaw receive updated information regarding our itinerary, as does the Polish Police and resident Israeli Security in the Warsaw, Prague and Kiev Airports.
Food Services:
Heritage serves Tamam Glatt Mehadrin food under the supervision of Rabbi Landau of Bnei Brak. The food is prepared in a unique shelf-life process in Israel, and brought to Poland, where it is warmed by Heritage personnel. No food is prepared from scratch in Poland, Prague or Ukraine. Students are served three meals daily. Heritage retains the services of two resident Mashkichim during the seminar week.
Medical, Travel, Entries, Gratuities:
All students participating in Heritage receive medical and travel insurance. Gratuities and all entry fees are included in the Heritage fees.
